• Submission of the registration form does not guarantee a place in the training organised by ResultsinHealth.
• An invoice will be sent to you by ResultsinHealth shortly after submitting this form. The full fee for your participation in the training must be paid within 7 days after receiving the invoice.
• Only when full payment has been made you are guaranteed of a place. Participants who have not paid according to the agreed date may forfeit their place.
• Payment will only be accepted through bank transfer and any charges incurred when making payment will be at the cost of the applicant.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation by participant: Full refunds will be given to participants who cancel on or before 1 of October 2020. A refund of 50% will be given to participants who cancel after 10 October 2020. No refunds will be given to participants who cancel after 15 October 2020.

However, you can let someone else take your place, if you let us know via training@resultsinhealth.org before 20 October 2020.

Cancellation by ResultsinHealth
ResultsinHealth reserves the right to cancel the course no later than 5 days prior to the first day of the training. The participants will be informed on this matter promptly. ResultsinHealth will refund the fee paid by the participant.
