Terms & Conditions
For all trainings:
- Submission of the registration form does not guarantee a place in the training organised by ResultsinHealth.
- An invoice will be sent to you by ResultsinHealth shortly after submitting this form. The full fee for your participation in the training must be paid within 14 days after receiving the invoice.
- Only when full payment has been made you are guaranteed of a place. Participants who have not paid according to the agreed date may forfeit their place.
- Payment will only be accepted through bank transfer and any charges incurred when making payment will be at the cost of the applicant.
- The training fee includes refreshments and lunch. The training fee does not include accommodation or travel. You are responsible for organising and funding your own accommodation, visa and travel to/from the training venue. ResultsinHealth is willing to provide necessary support.
Cancellation policy Cancellation by participant: Full refunds will be given to participants who cancel 31 days before the trainingdata. A refund of 50% will be given to participants who cancel between 30 and 20 days before trainingdata. No refunds will be given to participants who cancel 20 days before trainingsdata. However, you can let someone else take your place, if you let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org 7 days before the training.
Cancellation by ResultsinHealth ResultsinHealth reserves the right to cancel the course no later than 15 days prior to the first day of the training. The participants will be informed on this matter promptly. ResultsinHealth will refund the fee paid by the participant.
