About

Karin van den Belt is an independent consultant and owner of Building for Welfare services, specialised in Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning. With a track record of delivering high-quality work, she conducted numerous research and evaluation projects, including baselines, mid-term, and end-term evaluations for organisations such as Terre des Hommes Netherlands, UNDP, OSCE, and Plan International.

She has also played a leading role in designing and executing MEL frameworks for entities such as UNDP, Terre des Hommes, Plan Netherlands, and Free a Girl. She is committed to ensuring quality work and demonstrating outcomes and impact, which is evident in her passion for facilitating the design and fine-tuning of Theory of Changes, developing results frameworks, and creating data collection and data management tools and learning sessions. She has a thematic background in the field of human rights and child rights, SRHR, Gender equality and capacity for Civil Society actors.
