Albert Kalangwa
About
Albert is a pharmacist and Senior Procurement and Supply Management (PSM) Expert based in Uganda. He has over 15 years of experience in oversight, auditing, and assurance of health commodity supply chains, strengthening health systems, health economics, capacity development, process management, and data analysis. Since 2004, he has worked with various development actors representing national governments, the private sector, and international donors such as TGF, United Nations, UNICEF, UNFPA, WHO, and USAID.
Albert has been working with ResultsinHealth since 2016, supporting the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria in Nigeria and Zimbabwe. He holds a BSc degree in Pharmacy from Makerere University in Uganda and a PhD in Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands.
