Our team of world-class Laboratory Experts has assisted multiple countries in reviewing, managing, integrating, and optimizing laboratory systems across all levels of the health structure. Strengthening Laboratory Systems and Pandemic Preparedness:
- Enabled rapid outbreak detection and effective response through stronger diagnostic capacity.
- Conducted laboratory assessments and spot-checks on equipment, training, maintenance, and processes.
- Provided grant support and technical advisory services related to laboratory systems.
Capacity Building and Training:
- Designed and facilitated workshops and training courses for laboratory technicians.
