A brief overview of ResultsinHealth’s involvement in the “Restoring Coastal Livelihoods (RCL) project (2010-2015) initiated by Oxfam GB and Oxfam Canada. The RCL project was designed to improve economic security and women’s rights in 60 villages on the west coast of South Sulawesi, Indonesia. RiH provided technical assistance by strengthening the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system through monitoring and capacity-building activities and trajectory learning for RCL project staff. This ResultsinBrief highlights the evaluation methods used (e.g. the Most Significant Change technique) and results found with a particular focus on the various changes in assets that were achieved by the project.
