ResultsinHealth is thrilled to announce that 'Evaluations that Make a Difference 2015' has been published recently by EvalPartners, a consortium of international evaluation expert agencies from around the world, and supported by the African Development Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank.

In addition to the 8 stories about evaluations that have made a difference in people’s lives, the publication teases out the 'enabling factors' that contributed to their impact, highlighted for the benefit of evaluators and evaluation users who want to do more impactful evaluations. Among the stories is ResultsinHealth's evaluation of the Dutch ShivA programme, which addresses the needs of HIV positive migrant women in The Netherlands. It is described in an accessible way on p.26 'The Netherlands: Positive Sisters: a Transformative Journey'. We hope this story helps to explain the power of the 'Most Significant Change' methodology, in which ResultsinHealth has substantial training and implementing experience.

The document is available in English, French and Spanish at the official website and can be shared with anyone who may be interested.
